Registering

To receive SMS or E-mail notifications, you must be a registered user.

You can register before or after you have selected the games you would like notification for.

Please register by completing the registration form.

You can register before or after you have selected the games you wish to be notified of.

1a. To register before you have selected your games:

Click on “Register” on the main menu, or click on the “Register Now” button on the “Home” page. You will then be directed to the Terms and Conditions page.

Then go to step “3” below.

1b. To register after you have selected your games:

Once you have selected the tickets or games that you would like to receive your SMS and Email reminders for,

Click on “Save” on the tabs menu at the top of the page.

You will then be directed to the Terms and Conditions page, to continue the registration process. (See step 3)

2. Continuing with the registration process

Please read the Terms and conditions. You need to accept the Terms and Conditions of registration. You will be then directed to the registration form.

3. Fill your details

Fill in your details in the fields provided. Including:

1. User Name (optional)
2. Password and Confirm Password
3. Phone Number
4. Contact email address
5. Language (the language option will determine the language the site is displayed in when you log on. It will also determine the language for the SMS messages and emails you will receive)

(Privacy will be respected. Please see privacy policy.)

4. Payment

Click on the “Continue with Payment” button at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to the PayPal pop site. Complete your payment details with PayPal. This will complete the registration process.

Please Note: You will be able to login once we have received payment confirmation from PayPal.

Selecting Tickets

To be notified by SMS of World Cup ticket sales you must pre select the games you wish to attend, as well as the appropriate ticket categories.

The following instructions will help you through the ticket selection process. It will also help you to determine the best ticketing option for you.

The ticket selection process has been divided into four different ways.

1. Games
2. Cities
3. Country
4. TST Series

To select your tickets that you want notification for Click on “Tickets’ on the main menu and you will see the games displayed. Click on the tabs at the top of the page to select the various selection options.

Games

To select SMS notification based on “Games” complete the following:

1. Click on the “Games” tab at the top of the “Tickets” page.
2. Scroll to locate games you wish to attend.
3. Select the corresponding ticket categories and ticket view for the games you wish to be reminded of. If you want to select all games click the “select all”
4. Click “Save” to save your selection.

We will then notify you by SMS and or email when these tickets become available.

Cities

To select SMS notification based on "City" complete the following:

1. Click on the “City” tab at the top of the “Tickets” page
2. Scroll to locate the city or cities you wish to attend games in. You can also select multiple cities.
3. Select the corresponding ticket categories and ticket view for that city. If you want to select all games, click the “Select/Deselect All ” button at the top of the page.
4. To save your selection, click the “Save” button located at the top of the page.

We will then notify you by SMS and or email when these tickets become available.

Countries

To select SMS notification based on "Country" complete the following:

1. Click on the “Country” tab at the top of the “Tickets” page
2. Scroll to locate the country or countries that you wish to see play.
3. Select the corresponding ticket categories and ticket view for that country. If you want to select all games, click the “Select All” button at the top of the page. You can also select multiple countries.
4. To save your selection, click the “Save” button located at the top of the page.
5. We will then notify you by SMS and or email when these tickets become available.

TST Series

To select SMS notification based on "Team/ TST Series" tickets complete the following:

1. Click on the “Team/ TST” tab at the top of the “Tickets” page
2. Scroll to locate the team or teams that you wish to see play.
3. Select the corresponding ticket categories and ticket view for that team. If you want to select all the teams available, click the “Select/Deselect All” button at the top of the page. Alternatively you can custom select multiple countries by selecting the corresponding fields.
4. To save your selection, click the “Save” button located at the top of the page.
5. We will then notify you by SMS and or email when these tickets become available.

Changing Details

To change you account information is quick and convenient. You can change your settings and ticket selections any time by logging in.

Minimum SMS Interval

This avoids being overloaded with unnecessary SMS and using up your account too quickly.

The mimimum SMS interval allows you to control how frequently you receive SMS. You will receive at the most one SMS within the specified interval. For example, if your minimum SMS interval is 15 minutes, our system will wait at least 15 minutes before sending you another SMS even if tickets become available within that 15 minute period.
